By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, will provide accurate information, and will not use our products for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Custom Product Agreement
Most products on our website are custom-made, including engraved, printed, and personalized designs. By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge that these products are created specifically for you and cannot be refunded once production begins. You are responsible for verifying all spellings, names, dates, and design details before approval. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. A digital proof is provided before production, and once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. We may update pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time. Orders may be canceled if pricing errors occur or if materials become unavailable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment systems.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including payment issues, inaccurate customer information, suspected fraud, or lack of inventory. Orders can only be canceled before any design work or production has started.
Production Times
Standard production takes three to five business days. Rush production may be available in one to two business days. Production timelines may vary based on material availability, order complexity, and seasonal volume. These timeframes do not include shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees apply.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged or defective items qualify for free replacements when reported within the required timeframe with supporting photos or video.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including product designs, logos, images, templates, and text, is the property of Customize Awards. You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission.
Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and updated information. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability will always be error-free. We may update or correct information at any time.
Third-Party Tools and Services
We use third-party service providers, including payment processors and shipping carriers. Their policies govern how their services operate. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party systems.
