Refund & Return Policy

At Customize Awards, every award is individually crafted and customized to each customer’s specifications. Because our products are personalized, we maintain a clear and fair policy to ensure the best experience for all customers.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All customized, engraved, or personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are considered final sale once production has begun.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Customer-approved engraving or spelling errors
  • Approved artwork, logos, or layouts
  • Change of mind after proof approval
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

Free Design Proofs & Approval Process

Customers may receive a digital design proof before production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Award titles
  • Logo placement
  • Layout and design details

Production begins only after customer approval is received. Once a proof is approved, Customize Awards is not responsible for errors contained within the approved design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • Order number
  • Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.

If the issue is verified as our error, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided that production, engraving, or customization work has not yet started.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Customize Awards is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized awards
  • Engraved products
  • Custom logo items
  • Bulk custom orders
  • Final sale items

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Customize Awards.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk and corporate orders may be subject to additional approval terms, production timelines, and custom agreements discussed before manufacturing.
