Order Processing and Production
Production begins only after your design proof is approved.
This includes engraving or printing, material preparation, finishing, inspection, and packaging.
Standard production takes 5–7 business days, depending on order size and customization.

Production cannot begin until the proof is approved. Delayed approval may extend overall delivery time.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Total delivery time includes both production and transit.

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated 15–18 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 12–15 business days (additional cost)
Priority Shipping: Estimated 9–12 business days (additional cost)

Delivery times may vary due to customization complexity, seasonal demand, courier capacity, holidays, or general logistics conditions.

Shipping Carrier
Whenever possible, we use UPS Carbon Neutral, which offsets the carbon emissions generated during transit. Other trusted carriers may include FedEx, USPS, DHL, and similar logistics partners based on your location.

Multi-Ship Orders
We can ship awards to multiple addresses for an additional fee.
All destination addresses must be provided before the order ships.
Additional handling and packaging fees apply since each item must be individually prepared.
Promotional shipping offers apply only to single address shipments.

Shipping to Canada
We offer shipping to Canada with additional charges.
Transit time depends on the carrier and customs processing.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes must be paid by the customer. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

International Orders (UAE & GCC)
Delivery timelines, shipping charges, taxes, and customs procedures may vary for international destinations, including the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, or courier operations.

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees apply.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, please:
Check with neighbors or building staff,
Wait 24 hours for possible carrier update,
Contact the carrier directly,
Inform us so we can assist.

We cannot be held liable once a carrier confirms delivery.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48-72 hours at support@customizeawards.com
Include photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Verified cases receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Backorders
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you immediately with an updated ship date or provide a suitable alternative at no additional cost.

Rush Orders and Event Deadlines
If you have an event date, please inform us before placing your order.
Rush production or upgraded shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Some items cannot be rushed due to manufacturing limitations.
